Providing a world of wonderful coffee to you that is truly fresh roasted. Everything is roasted on Wednesday and available on Friday. If you place an order Monday by 2:00 p.m. it will be in your hands by Friday afternoon. You will have a exceptional coffee at the peak of its freshness.
Orders can be made in half-pound, one-pound, three-pound, and five pound sizes. Order any roast preference you like, we list what our preferences are within the Roast Characteristics column and each listing will include whether the beans are available in DECAF, FAIR-TRADE, ORGANIC, and/or SHADE-GROWN.

Grown at extreme elevations and develops a tangy, sweet lightness with caramel overtones. Colombian San Augustin--This micro-lot coffee is typical of the possibilities that exist in differentiating the many offerings from Colombia. The coffee comes from a small growers group in the Huila region of Southern Colombia. Grown in the shadows of the Andes from 4400 to 6000 ft the Caturra/Colombia variety has the tangy, snappy acidity that the best Colombian coffee has to offer along with a very well balanced sweet lightness. Great stand alone coffee. The aromatics are clean, fresh with a hint of caramel. The Huila region is one of Colombia's best known regions. The coffee is grown in a valley with towering Andes mountains rising on either side and even higher mountains to the south leading to Equador. The extreme elevation contributes to the density of the coffee that in turn translates into the bright liveliness of the cup.

Sulawesi Toraja Sapan Minanga is produced in the Toraja region of southern Sulawesi, an island in the Indonesian archipelago. Sapan and Minanga are both market towns where ripe coffee cherries are collected for processing. These coffees come from the highest elevations, up to 6000 feet, in all of Sulawesi which results in the complex flavors in the coffee. Processed using the tradiional wet-hulled method, the flavor is representative of Sulawesi coffee from an earlier era, spicy, herbal and sweetly complex.
